How PIP Business Network Operates

How Meetings Are Held

PIPbn operates through “Virtual Meeting Rooms”

Each Room being operated by a  Group Controller

Meetings will be on a regular basis each 2 weeks and will be agreed through the Group Controller

Meetings will be held at the same time on the specified day

Visitors to the meeting need to be identified to the controller by the introducing member in advance of the meeting

Entrance Details to enter the meeting will be mailed in advance by Group Controller to registered member

FORMAT OF THE MEETING

Meetings will last for 30 minutes or longer if agreed with the Group Controller

Meeting Room will open 15 minutes before meeting commences to allow for Private Messaging Connection Requests

Exampe Meeting 10am to 10.30am with the room opening for Business networking at 9.45am

TYPICAL MEETING FORMAT

Members will log in using their first name in first name then their business type eg: Ben-Wills & Trusts

Visitors will log in using their first name followed by a (Visitor) eg: Dawn-Visitor
